B2B Design, Without the Agency
B2B products are dense, technical, and full of edge cases that consumer design advice does not cover. I design those products and then build the front end, so what you approve is what your users get.
What you get
Dense interfaces that stay usable
Dashboards, tables, filters, and admin tools that carry real data volume without turning into a wall. This is most of what B2B design actually is.
Workflows built around the real job
B2B users are at work, under pressure, doing the same task fifty times a day. I design for the fiftieth time, not the first.
A front end that matches the design
I build it in React and TypeScript. No handoff gap, no reinterpretation, no quiet simplification of the hard parts.
How it works
Learn the job
I sit with the people who use the product and watch them work. B2B design fails when the designer never saw the actual task.
Design the flows
Flows first, then screens, in short review loops. You see progress every few days, not at a reveal.
Ship it
I implement the front end in your codebase, or hand your engineers a working reference implementation they extend.
Scoped per engagement after a short discovery call. Fixed quote and timeline in writing before anything starts.

Common questions
Why not hire a design agency?
With an agency you get an account manager, a process, and often a junior doing the actual work. Here you get one senior designer who does the work and writes the code. Fewer people, fewer translations, faster shipping.
Do you work on enterprise software or just startups?
Both. The work is the same: complex domains, real users under time pressure, and interfaces that carry a lot of data. Enterprise just adds more stakeholders.
Can you handle a domain you do not know?
Yes, and I expect to. Every B2B product has a domain I have to learn. I do that by watching people work, not by guessing from a brief.
What if we already have designers?
Then I usually come in for the parts that stall: the design system, the dense screens nobody wants to own, or the gap between Figma and production.
