Design System Consulting
I build and repair design systems as a design engineer, in both Figma and code. Tokens, components, documentation, and the pipeline between design and production, set up so your team actually uses it.
What you get
Design system audit
A review of your current tokens, components, and Figma to code drift, with a prioritized plan to close the gaps.
Token architecture
A token structure that lives in Figma and flows into code as CSS variables, one source of truth instead of two diverging ones.
Component library in React
Accessible, documented components matched one to one with Figma, built so AI tools and new hires extend the system instead of inventing new styles.
How it works
Audit
I map what exists in Figma and in code, measure the drift, and find where the system fails the people using it.
Rebuild
Tokens first, then the core components, in code and Figma together. Small set done well beats a kitchen sink.
Adopt
Documentation, examples, and working sessions with your team, because a system nobody adopts is just a folder.
Audits are fixed price. Builds are scoped per engagement after the audit.

Common questions
How much does a design system audit cost?
Fixed price, scoped on a short call, and it depends on the size of your component set and how many platforms you ship to. You get the quote in writing before we start.
Do you work in Figma, in code, or both?
Both, and that is the point. Systems fail in the gap between design and code, so I work on both sides of it.
Can you work with our existing system?
Yes. Most engagements start from an existing system that drifted, not from a blank page.
What does adoption support look like?
Documentation your team reads, migration examples on real screens, and working sessions with your designers and engineers until the system is the default path.
