How is outsourcing different from hiring a fractional designer?
Fractional is usually about senior judgment a couple of days a week. Outsourcing is about capacity: I become the design output your team ships, embedded in your process or white-labeled under your brand. In practice the line blurs, and we scope whichever shape fits.
Can you work white-label, under our agency's brand?
Yes, and often that is the point. The work goes out as yours, I stay out of the client relationship, and your client sees one brand. This is how a lot of dev shops and agencies use me.
Do you just design, or do you build it too?
Both, and that is the reason the work ships. What I hand your engineers is buildable by design: real layout primitives, shared tokens, components that match your code. Where it helps, I write the front-end myself.
What if our design needs go up and down month to month?
