Do you design the site, or build it too?
Both, and that is the point. Most website design stops at a file that someone else builds, and the live version drifts from what you approved. I write the front-end myself, so the site that ships is the site you signed off.
Is the site responsive and fast?
Yes, by design rather than as a cleanup pass. Performance and responsiveness get decided while the thing is being designed, because a page that looks great on a laptop and crawls on a phone is a page most of your visitors will bounce from.
Do you build on Webflow, WordPress, or code?
Usually production code, typically Next.js, because that is where I can control performance and accessibility properly. If a no-code platform genuinely fits your team better, I will say so rather than sell you something you cannot maintain.
How is this different from hiring a web design agency?
You work directly with the senior person doing the work, and that person also writes the code. No account layer, no handoff, no drift between the design and the shipped site. Fewer people, less translation, and the same person is accountable for how it looks and how fast it loads.
