Conversion Rate Optimization Services
Your funnel leaks somewhere specific, whether it is a SaaS signup or an ecommerce checkout. As a conversion rate optimization consultant, I find where, rank the fixes by what they are worth, and build them. Not a list of best practices, a list of the things costing you money right now.
What you get
The leak, located
Analytics tells you people drop at step three. It does not tell you why. I walk the flow the way your users do and find the reason, then prove it with evidence.
Fixes ranked by revenue, not by severity
A friction point on a page nobody visits is worth nothing. Every recommendation gets weighed by how many users hit it and what it is worth when fixed.
The fixes, built
Most CRO ends at a slide deck. I write the code, so the recommendation and the implementation are the same person's problem.
How it works
Find the leak
Analytics if you have it, session recordings if you have them, and a walkthrough of the funnel either way. We start where the money is going, not where the design annoys you.
Rank by what it is worth
Reach crossed with impact crossed with effort. A small copy change on a high traffic step usually beats a redesign nobody has time to build.
Build and measure
I ship the fixes and we watch the numbers. A CRO engagement that never checks whether the change worked was theatre.
From $5,000, fixed
A single funnel audit starts at $5,000. Ongoing testing and implementation is scoped separately. No hourly billing.

Common questions
What is the difference between a CRO audit and a UX audit?
A UX audit starts from usability principles and works with no traffic at all. A CRO audit starts from your analytics and asks where the revenue is leaking. They overlap, but they answer different questions, and if you have traffic and a conversion problem, CRO is the one you want.
Do you run A/B tests?
Yes, when you have the traffic to reach significance. Most teams do not, and running an underpowered test just means waiting a month to learn nothing. Below that threshold I ship the change and watch the funnel instead.
We already know our checkout is bad. Why pay for an audit?
Because knowing it is bad and knowing which part is costing you the most are different things. Teams usually rebuild the wrong step first, and the number does not move.
How long before we see a change?
The audit takes about a week. The first fixes usually ship within a fortnight after that. Whether the number moves depends on how much traffic you have and how big the leak was, and I will tell you honestly which fixes I expect to matter.
Do you do ecommerce CRO?
Yes. Ecommerce is where conversion optimization pays back fastest, because every step from product page to checkout is measurable and every drop off has a price attached. The method is the same: find the leak, rank the fixes by revenue, and build them.
