UX Audit Services
I find the exact places where your product loses users and hand you a prioritized plan to fix them. Fixed scope, fixed price, and a report your team can act on the same week.
What you get
A prioritized audit report
20 to 30 pages covering the flows you pick. Every issue gets a severity rating, a screenshot, and a concrete fix. No vague advice.
A 45 minute walkthrough call
I walk you and your team through the findings, answer questions, and help you decide what to fix first.
A fix-first backlog
The top issues rewritten as ready-to-build tickets, so engineering can start on Monday without translating a PDF.
How it works
Scope
You pick the flows that matter most, signup, onboarding, checkout, whatever drives revenue. We agree the scope on a 20 minute call.
Audit
I go through every screen and state like a real user, then against a checklist built from usability heuristics, conversion patterns, and accessibility basics. Takes 5 to 7 working days.
Handoff
You get the report, the backlog, and the walkthrough call. Most teams start shipping fixes within a week.
From $5,000, fixed
One core flow starts at $5,000. More flows or a full product pass gets a clear quote before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises.

Common questions
How long does a UX audit take?
5 to 7 working days from the scoping call to the walkthrough. If you need it faster, say so on the call and I will tell you honestly whether the scope allows it.
What do you need from me?
Access to the product or a staging account and 20 minutes for the scoping call. Analytics access helps me prioritize by impact but it is not required.
How much does a UX audit cost?
Fixed price agreed upfront, starting at $5,000 for a single core flow. The quote depends on how many flows and states we cover, and you get it in writing before anything starts.
What if the findings are not useful?
If the report gives your team nothing they can act on, you do not pay. Nobody has asked for that yet, and I intend to keep it that way.
Do you also fix the issues you find?
Yes. Many audits turn into a short engagement where I design and ship the fixes myself. That is optional and quoted separately, the audit stands on its own.
Is this a design review or a full audit?
A full audit. It covers usability heuristics, conversion friction, UI consistency, and accessibility basics across every state of the flows we scope, including empty, loading, and error states most reviews skip.
